They look like great homes steve, I wanted to say if you typed in the information on the homes instead of using a image than you would get better results from people searching for these houses.

Mr, Hischler

I am interested in your information on Big Bear, and I have been reading some of your site reports and testimonials from clients.

My husband and I are also looking for a retreat from the LA area, as well as an investment property. Our first chaoise is Lake Front. We enjoy the lake in the summer and the kids love the mountain in the winter. However, we are not opposed to a view of the lake with a boat slip.

Honestly, we live on a 15 acre ranch now, so neighbors are going to be a problem unless we have water out the back door, or we are in the pines with a great view and some privacy. I have two teenage boys, so we need some space inside. I love log cabins and I love pine trees. We are a mix between a Gilligan on the water and an A frame loft in the pines.

I have been keeping an eye out there for a couple of years now. We have a loan officer who lives in the area that pre approves us for our home purchases. I believe you are right, that this is the time to seriously consider buying.
